Neck Manipulation at Parks Therapy CentreJennie Longbottom, the Practice Principal offers an E-Mail Consultancy Service. This service is for patients who require advice on an illness or dysfunction and are not sure whether the services offered at Parks are the correct treatment option.

Initially, the service will be via E-Mail contact with Consultant at Parks Therapy Centre.

The Consultancy Service is a confidential service open to patients, fellow practitioners and Health Professionals. The aim is to discuss the condition directly with Jennie Longbottom by E-Mail, leaving also a contact telephone number. Jennie will respond personally by E-Mail or, if the question requires more in-depth discussion, by telephone and / or a clinical assessment.

This service is particularly aimed at:

  • Pain management
  • Acute injury advice
  • Discussion concerning treatment options
  • Discussions concerning the specialised services at Parks Therapy Centre

This service will NOT offer:

  • Diagnosis over the phone
  • Medication or prescription advice
  • Treatment advice other than immediate response to acute injury
  • Replacement emergency treatment from your GP or Hospital
  • Confidential information concerning other patients or family members
  • Discussion of previous treatments given by other Health professionals
  • Home visits
  • Inappropriate discussions
