Ashia Jamal, BSc MCSP
Ashia is a Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified from the University of Durban-Westville in South Africa in 1977 and has over 25 years experience in Private Practice.
Ashia has lived in South Africa, Spain and the United Kingdom. She remains committed to continuing professional development and to evidence-based practice. She has developed a global perspective of Physiotherapy, attending courses and conferences internationally/nationally.
Her specialist interests are in the management of neuro-musculoskeletal problems, including spinal and peripheral joints, rehabilitation of sports injuries. She believes that thorough assessment and treatment is based on the biopsychosocial model and is tailored to meet individual patient needs.
