Charlotte is a Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified from the University of Hertfordshire in 2004. She has worked in the NHS developing her skills in assessment and treatment of wide ranging neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
Charlotte has completed many post graduate courses, covering spinal & peripheral neuromusculoskeletal conditions and she uses manual therapy, specialised exercise programmes including movement control exercises, myofascial release techniques and electrotherapy in treatment. She also integrates Acupuncture into her treatments as required and is an active member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Charlotte is committed to continuing professional development to provide good evidenced based practice. She is also a keen Sportswoman and currently participates in long distance running and is able to use her experience in sports and as a Physiotherapist in treating individuals with sports related injuries.
