Jennie Longbottom, MSc BSc MCSP MBAcC Cert Med Ed
Jennie, the Practice Principal and Founder, qualified from Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham and is an established Chartered Physiotherapist with over 35 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.
Jennie gained a BSc in Psychology in 1997, an MSc in Acupuncture in 2003, and a Postgraduate certificate in Medical Education in 2006. She is the Chair of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists [AACP] and a Member of the British Acupuncture Council [BAcC].
Jennie oversees the clinical, professional standards of Parks Therapy Centre and educational development in order to maintain high standards for the benefit of the St Neots public. She is committed to the use of Acupuncture in Physiotherapy, providing ALIED (Acupuncture Learning & Integrated Educational Development) a post graduate Acupuncture and manual therapy teaching practice.
Jennie provides a standard of postgraduate education to all postgraduate Physiotherapists that meets with CSP, HPC and CPD requirements. She also provides a mentoring service for Physiotherapists undertaking Acupuncture training and maintains close interrelations on the CSP Professional Practice committee.
