Unloader One OTS Brace
The best new osteoarthritis (OA) bracing technology is available off-the-shelf. osteoarthritis knee braces offer a non-invasive, economical treatment option that is scientifically proven to relieve pain and improve mobility. The flexible, perforated shells conform easily to individual anatomy, giving Unloader One OTS an excellent out-of-the-box fit. This brace combines a streamlined, flexible upright with Dual Dynamic Force Straps to generate more unloading leverage than any Unloader to date. Quick fit buckles and breathable liners help ensure better patient compliance.
Indications for Use
- Mild to severe unicompartmental osteoarthritis (OA)
- Unicompartmental knee conditions requiring load reduction
- Thigh circumferences of 13.5" (34.3cm) to 29" (73.5cm) and calf circumferences of 9.8" (25cm) to 24" (61.5cm)
- All activity levels, non contact

CTi® OA knee brace
The CTi OA knee brace has ultra-stiff, composite shells that can be constructed with up to 7° of varus or valgus correction, offering a high level of protection and stability for clinicians interested in treating osteoarthritis and ligament instability equally. Key features include a Total Support System, Accutrac™ hinges that mimic the natural motion of the knee joint and breathable liners, coated with Ossur® Sensil® Silicone2 to eliminate migration and improve efficacy.
Indications for Use
- Mild to severe unicompartmental osteoarthritis
- ACL, MCL, LCL, PCL, rotary and combined instabilities
- High to low impact levels are covered by 3 models: Vapor, Standard and Pro Sport (see below)

CTI ® Custom Brace
The CTi ligament knee braces provide the ultimate combination of stabilization and protection of the knee joint. This truly custom-made brace uses Accutrac™ hinges with extension stops to glide with the knee and breathable liners coated with bio-inert Ossur Sensil® Silicone to reduce migration and skin irritation. Flexible cuffs and buckles employ SensEdge overmoulding to eliminate pressure points. CTi custom knee braces are available in 3 models — Vapor, Standard and Pro Sport — and can be further customised with a variety of options, colours, designs and/or accessories.
