Women's health refers to health issues specific to human female anatomy. These often relate to structures such as:

  • Osteoporosis
  • Pelvic pain
  • Visceral pain
  • Musculo-skeletal pain
  • Emotional factors such as

    • Anxiety
    • Fear
    • Libido

The practitioners at Parks offer some services for the treatment of Women's Health in the areas of:

  • Infertility
  • Menopause
  • Emotional disorders
  • Pain management and modulation
  • For the more specialised areas of :
    • Incontinence
    • Pelvic floor rehabilitation
    • Ultra sound scanning
    Patients are referred to a local specialist with whom we work closely.

An assessment will be undertaken initially and then the appropriate practitioner will be selected to deal with the presenting condition.
